Absolutely — yes. Every single class at Body Design is designed for ALL fitness levels. Everything can be modified to suit where you are right now. There is no minimum level of fitness required, and you will never be made to feel out of place. Showing up is the only thing that matters.

Over 30 days, you'll follow a structured workout plan with instructor guidance from Kim, community accountability, and modifications so every level can participate. It's designed to give you a real, sustainable kickstart — whether you're a complete beginner or getting back on track after a break.
No — you don't need to bring any equipment to get started. We recommend speaking to your instructor before your very first class so they can let you know exactly what to expect and what (if anything) would be helpful to bring. They'll set you up for success from day one.
