Everything you need to know before you sign up.
Absolutely. The 30-Day Challenge is designed for adults 40+ at all fitness levels — from complete beginners to those returning after a long break. All workouts include modifications so you can always work at the right intensity for your body. If you can move, you can do this.
No gym or expensive equipment required. The at-home workouts are designed to be done with minimal equipment. Some workouts may suggest light dumbbells, but modifications are always available so you can complete every session without them.
Life happens — and the programme is designed with that in mind. All video workouts are available for you to complete on your own schedule. If you miss a live Zoom session, recordings are available. The goal is progress, not perfection.
Most days require approximately 30–45 minutes for the workout plus time to review your meal plan and complete your daily achievement task. The programme is designed to fit into a busy life — not to take it over.
